Reiki is a gentle technique where one balances a person's energy, resetting your body's internal compass. It's not about forceful manipulation, but rather a soothing presence, guiding your ki (vital energy) back to a state of harmony. Imagine yourself with an unseen life force running through you, like an internal current. This energy, in Reiki, is called your "ki" and it's believed to be vital for your overall well-being. When your ki gets disrupted, it can manifest as stress, anxiety, or even physical discomfort. Reiki works best as a complementary therapy alongside traditional medicine, which can significantly improve a person's experience. In terms of mental health, Reiki can be used in association with your conventional treatment to alleviate anxiety, stress and/or depression. Furthermore, it can be used to help find your aligned purpose and focus in life. In terms of physical health, Reiki is an amazing tool in conjunction with your regular treatment, to aid the healing of; - chronic pain - fibromyalgia - recovering broken bones - muscles in rehabilitation - mobility Treatment Fees Consultation Fee: £15 (Consultation consists of initial discussion to understand needs and work out the best treatment plan) – additional fee to single session price.
